Leeann has over 11 years experience managing the day-to-day operations of The Clinebell Institute. She serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for Crossroads, Inc (a transitional living home for formerly incarcerated women) in Claremont, CA. Leeann has experience working for academic institutions, serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Dean and Disability Services Assistant at Claremont School of Theology and as an Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Consortial Academic Collaboration at The Claremont Colleges. Leeann has expertise in operations and remains astute with day-to-day operations and service delivery. Ms. Nabors has a strong commitment to underserved, underrepresented and marginalized persons and communities. Her goal is to ensure continued access for those needing counseling, mental health services and sustainable living opportunities.
