What is Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy?

Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy uses the insights and principles of spirituality, religion, theology, and modern behavioral sciences in working with individuals, couples, families, groups, and institutions toward the achievement of wholeness and health. An important dimension in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy different from other approaches to counseling and psychotherapy is the conviction that mental and emotional health is best understood when spiritual, religious and psychological needs of individuals are addressed.
